The testatrix, the late Daphne Cross, wanted to make a gift to Â鶹ÍøÕ¾ and specifically to Faculty of Law because her father, the late Eric Cross, obtained his degree from Â鶹ÍøÕ¾ and later became a judge. Eric Cross was also a generous supporter to Â鶹ÍøÕ¾.
