Our Métis celebration and gathering is a welcoming, open event for everyone who would like to learn more about Métis culture and history through Métis speakers, music, stories, and hands on activities such as finger weaving, beading, and Métis dot art. You are also invited to connect with Métis and Indigenous community members at Queen’s, share in conversation and learning, and celebrate the rich cultures, histories, and experiences that each of us brings to this space.

Hosted in collaboration with AMS Social Issues Commission Indigenous Initiatives, Métis Nation of Ontario Infinite Reach Facilitators, and QUILL, this event aims to bring together community, creativity, and culture in shared celebration. We look forward to seeing you there!
