Register for International Emergency Support

Âé¶¹ÍøÕ¾ has partnered with International SOS (ISOS) to provide out-of-country emergency assistance for all Queen's community members traveling on university-sanctioned activities. ISOS multilingual specialists are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.  In the event of an emergency, you can access International SOS to speak to a doctor, get referred to a local healthcare provider, receive travel information and alerts, and get assistance for immediate medical and security concerns. You can also contact International SOS prior to your travel for country-specific information. 

 

Steps to Register

New Users: You will be required to download the and to register your Queen's email address to use the APP. See step by step instructions in Step 2.

 

Steps to download the and register with International SOS. 

  1. Download the APP.
  2. Click on Subscriber Login.
  3. Enter your Queen's email address. 
  4. Enter a password. 
  5. ISOS will then send a verification email to your email address.
  6. Click on the link in the email to verify the address.
  7. You will be asked to provide your name and phone number which will then send you a text with a code. 
  8. Enter the code to finish registering.
  9. You will then be able to login with your email address and will not need to put in the Policy number. 

Alerts can warn you and/or update you on severe weather, political crisis, etc. in the country of your activity.

Carry your Âé¶¹ÍøÕ¾ Emergency Contact Card with you while traveling.  You can pick up a card at your department or faculty office, or the Department of Environmental Health and Safety.  You can also access and print a copy by logging into using your Net ID.

The Queen’s University Emergency Contact Card includes the Queen's ISOS membership number and the phone numbers for International SOS (ISOS) and for Queen’s Emergency Report Centre. (Collect calls will be accepted.)
