Call for volunteers for June convocation ceremonies

The Office of the University Registrar (OUR) is asking for staffing support at June convocation ceremonies. More than 40 people per ceremony are needed to help make everything go smoothly for students and guests.
Queen’s staff are invited to for morning and/or afternoon shifts, June 22-26 at Slush Puppie Place.
The schedule by faculty/school is available on the OUR website.
Staff roles include graduate check-in/registration, student assembly, and guest check-in. Staff can choose among the available role(s) for each shift. Lunch is provided for those who work the morning and afternoon shifts on the same day at Slush Puppie Place in June.
