University District Safety Initiative (UDSI)
The University District Safety Initiative (UDSI) is activated by the City of Kingston bylaw officers and police during times of year when large street gatherings have historically occurred, such as move-In and Orientation, Homecoming, and St. Patrick's Day. This is intended to promote safety and reduce high-risk behaviour in the University District.
The UDSI is in effect, Friday, March 13, at 12:00 am to Wednesday, March 18, at 6 am.
