All the feedback we receive is reviewed carefully. When necessary we take immediate steps to address and resolve concerns in a timely manner.
Student feedback matters
We encourage students to provide written feedback as an opportunity to:
- clearly convey their experiences
- feel empowered to contribute to continuous improvement process, and
- feel confident that all input is being consistently reviewed, that internal follow up with being done, as appropriate
